While enforcement will continue to evolve, <strong>these early patterns<\/strong> provide meaningful insight into how FDA is interpreting ISO\u202f13485 within its regulatory authority and <strong>what manufacturers should expect<\/strong> during future inspections. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0c03b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0c03b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>1. FDA enforcement is active, but early inspections emphasize transition<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc24273 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc24273\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>FDA has confirmed that full enforcement of the QMSR began on February\u202f2,\u202f2026, with inspections conducted under the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/media\/80195\/download\">Compliance Program 7382.850<\/a> \u2013 not QSIT.
