Internal Auditor Training for AS9100

• Internal Quality Systems Assessment: Understand the quality system and the requirements of AS9100, learn the CB auditing process outlined in AS9101D, and discuss what third-party assessment agencies look for.
• The Three Audit Phases: Closely examine planning, execution, and follow-up
  using concepts detailed in ISO 19011 and AS9101D.
• Planning and Auditing: Prepare for an audit to ensure both conformance and effectiveness of the QMS, and manage resources effectively.
• Conducting the Audit: Learn to collect objective evidence and document observations, including techniques for effective questioning and listening.
• Follow-Up Activities: Verify effectiveness and adequacy of corrective action, close out an audit, and conduct follow-on surveillances.

• Analysis and interpretation of AS9100C
• The quality system
• Audit processes, tools, and methodologies outlined in AS9101D
• Preaudit activities and audit planning to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS
• On-site audit activities, including process effectiveness analysis required by AS9101D
• Report writing – nonconformity (NCR) and process effectiveness analysis (PEAR) reports
• Corrective action
• Final examination (1 hour)
