• Appropriate meeting behaviors, such as listening, checking for understanding, and managing discussions
• Effective meeting tools, such as brainstorming, warm-ups, agendas, ground rules, affinity diagrams, meeting note formats, and multivoting
• Improvement tools and techniques, including deployment flowcharts, data collection forms, Pareto charts, and cause-and-effect diagrams
• Project closure
