• Understand and apply concepts related to measuring process performance (process yield, defects per units, and sigma quality level).

Who Should Attend

Professionals engaged in designing, improving, monitoring, and measuring processes in manufacturing, service, and transactional business environments. This course is a requirement for individuals who intend to achieve Corrective and Preventive Action and/or Applied Statistics and Process Performance Leader Certification within the Oriel STAT A MATRIX Certification Program. This course is also of interest to those wishing to gain credits toward Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certification.
